I got a pleasant surprise today. My original editor, Chris, edited the first portion of Andy's story that I sent out a few days ago. Guess what I'm reading after writing this? I feel like I'm finding my groove! My back to basics plan seems to be working.
I'm also looking forward to my book reading tomorrow. I think the Fire Escape has been talking me up to their customers, which is appreciated. For those of you that haven't visited the Fire Escape, it has a really great ambience. It's very spacious and has a large selection of drinks and even ice cream. So I hope to see you there tomorrow. If tomorrow doesn't work for you, then I have a reading next Friday as well.
